Very friendly staff. Somewhere in between Tim Hortons and Chocolate Claim in quality. A good option for a soup/sandwich lunch.

Catering is superb. Sweets are always delicious. Lattes are great. Service is excellent. The quality is reflected in the steep prices.

Staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, when you go there in person and can get their attention. Easily distracted by phone-ins when there for service. Had my computer for months with no updates on status and wouldn't return calls. It could be great to have an Apple service centre and retailer in WH but unfortunately I find it much easier to deal with Apple directly whenever possible.
