I don't see the point when you can deal with apple directly. My friends all shared negative experiences and told me to stay away from this place. I have 2 iMacs, an iPad and an iPhone and apple has always been able to directly solve any problem I may have... Free.

Looks great now that the renovations are done! I never have to wait for a machine, and the 3 months for $90 is a great deal!

I live in a 2 apartment house. They kept accidentally cutting my service when the upstairs neighbours moved in or out. When I complained they credited me $20 but charged me for the re-hook up. I rather go without.
The business I work for had an appt for Nwtel to come in and change over our internet from DSL to Cable. They no showed to hook up the new internet, but still cut our old connection. This was the result of BAD COMMUNICATION between departments. It was completely avoidable.
